How does the deposit work?
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. It includes the travel fee if Dida comes to you. The balance is due after the service.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Use the Manage button in your confirmation email. You can cancel at any time before your appointment, but the deposit is non-refundable. To move to another time, reschedule at least 48 hours before and your deposit moves with you. No-shows are charged in full.
How far ahead should I book?
Bookings need at least 48 hours notice, up to 60 days ahead. Graduation and wedding season fills up fast, so earlier is better.
I have sensitive skin or allergies.
Let Dida know at least 48 hours before your appointment. A patch test may be needed first.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Home visits are a $30 travel fee within a 30-minute drive of Park Ridge, Brisbane. Further locations cost extra. Please have a clean, well-lit space ready. Studio visits are included in the price.
Do you do bridal parties or groups?
Send a message with the date, the number of people and the location, and Dida will put a plan and a price together.
Does Editorial / Creative include special effects?
No. It covers creative makeup for kids, cosplay, Halloween and dress-up, and Dida confirms the price based on your look. SFX makeup is not included.
